System Safety Engineer

Position is within the "System Safety " department. The safety engineer will generate / update System Safety Analyses , mainly in the field of EF2000 and Tornado based on Fault Tree methodology. He will coordinate the suppliers and assess related data. He interfaces with System design / test / reliability / testability / maintenance / pilots and airworthiness.

Tasks:

Optimization of System Safety in the whole Life Cycle e.g.:

  • Hazard definition
  • System analyses
  • Generation of Fault Tree
  • Generation of test requirements/pilot procedures / maintenance procedures

Required knowledge/ experience:

  • 5 years experience related to Flight Safety Methods / Standards / Fault Tree methodology
  • A/C systems knowledge
  • System analysis of complex systems
  • Analytical Approaches

  • Autonomous


Additional skills:

  • PC- knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • English  (fluent)
  • German


Academic background:

  • Electrical / Aeronautical Engineer
  • Physicist / Mathematician
