By working with our in house design engineers and highly qualified and experienced engineers in the tooling department from the outset we can provide you with optimal designs in terms of materials, physical shape, efficiency of production, cost and performance. This results in saving you both time and money.
We can also provide you extensive prototyping services if prototypes are required for sizing, validation, marketing or for suitability testing before the tooling of production moulds and full scale production of your idea begins.
Even if your idea is nothing more than a simple drawing on a piece of paper we can take that idea and turn it into a final finished product. We will even advise you if Injection moulding is not the most appropriate method of manufacturing.
