German Border Police

 The ultra-lightweight ballistic protection systems based on C/SiC composite ceramics (C/SiC:Carbon Fibre reinforced Silicon Carbide) for the Bell 212 helicopter operated by the German Border Police as delivered in early summer 2004.

Individual Fastening System Design Included

As most helicopter manufactures have not yet standardizes their equipment interfaces (seat rails, cargo hooks, stretcher connections etc.) the design of individual fastening systems is part of the armour protection package.
