Quality Control Laboratory
Our quality control department use proven systems and methods for the validation of our products and to maintain the optimization of our production processes. These are the key to maintaining the quality standards of our products, standards which are demanded by the individual quality assurance technician assigned to each individual client and project.
Our quality control laboratory is fully equipped with an extensive range of calibrated testing, sampling and measuring equipment including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for measuring the physical geometrical characteristics of parts. These machines may be manually or computer controlled to measure X,Y,Z coordinates with a precision measured in Microns.

Manufacturing visibility along with materials traceability is applied throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our computer based production management systems allow for our technicians to ensure consistency of quality and to track the progress of our clients orders throughout all stages of production.
It is through the adoption and adherence to these strict monitoring practices that are built into our product lifecycle from the receipt of raw materials through design, moulding, finishing, final inspection and delivery that we are accredited with a ISO9001:2008 certification.
